Dr. Kyoko Ohashi is the Canadian Node's Postdoctoral Fellow at Dalhousie University and was appointed after the departure of Dr. Heng Zhang. She had previously been supported by the Ocean Tracking Network - Canada. Kyoko is responsible for the development of a prototype operational forecast system for the eastern Canadian shelf.
