  • Surface Salinity (colour)

The surface currents and surface salinity are produced by submodel L2. The current velocity vectors are plotted at every 10th model grid point.

The Dalhousie Coastal Ocean Forecast System (DalCoast-HFX) is a prototype real-time operational system for predicting physical oceanographic conditions over the eastern Canadian seaboard, with a focus on Halifax Harbour.
